Policy and Procedures

If you are interested in your child(ren) becoming a member of the Park Maitland School family, please fill out and mail an application for each child. We actively encourage prospective families to schedule a tour of the school during the school day to sample the happy atmosphere and see how we operate. Admissions Procedure for Pre-Kindergarten (K4)

Applications are placed in a wait pool once they are received. You will receive a postcard from us confirming our receipt of your application. In the fall of the year before your child is to start pre-kindergarten, you will receive a letter from the school letting you know about our screening days and times, usually held in January. Your child will be screened to determine if he or she is developmentally ready for our program. The acceptance letters and registration materials are usually sent within two weeks of screening.
