  • Team Competitive Challenges

Week 1: June 4th-8th

Weekly Theme: Imaginarium

Campers imaginations run wild as they challenge the limits of their creativity.
Rising Pre K4 - 2nd Graders:
Enchanted Adventures: Sprinkle some pixie dust and jump on your unicorn, we are heading into the Enchanted Forest! This camp is filled with imagination building experiences and fun! Campers will spark their creativity as they learn about the secret world of fairies, gnomes, elves, unicorns and all things imaginary.

Rising 3rd - 6th Graders:
Dream it. Build it. Wreck it. Repeat!:  Dreams become reality as campers explore the fundamental principles of engineering, physics, and architecture.  Through building elaborate objects, taking apart electronics, and visiting the “fix- it” shop, engineers in training learn to collaborate and create without fear of mistakes.

Week 2: June 11th-15th

Weekly Theme: More than Meets the Eye

Campers use the design thinking process to cultivate their imagination.
Rising Pre K4 - 2nd Graders:
Move it! Mix it! Mess it! Do it!: Messy science experiences are the best kind. Our campers get their hands dirty as they create homemade Bubble Gum Dough, Summer Snow,  Polka Dot Slime, and so much more!

Rising 3rd - 6th Graders:
Lights, Camera, Action!:  It’s not only what you can see, but what can you imagine? Campers explore the tools necessary to capture great images and videos, and refine them through digital imaging. Imaginations run wild as campers create Sidewalk chalk scenes, I Movie Commercials, and animated short films.

Week 3: June 18th-22nd

Weekly Theme: Adventure Seekers

Campers set sail on an exciting excursion to new experiences - learning, creating, and building all along the way.
Rising Pre K4 - 2nd Graders:
Adventures at Sea: Ahoy, Mateys...let’s set sail on an adventure into the world of mermaids and pirates. Treasure hunts, sand castle building, and mystical ocean discoveries await our pirates and mermaids. This adventure will dive deep into music, arts, language development, and social skills-just don’t tell the real pirates!

Rising 3rd - 6th Graders:
The Great Treasure Hunt: Unravel mysteries, crack clues, and decode cyphers to unlock the secrets to our nation’s history. Learn to solve a variety of complex coded puzzles as you delve deep into the symbols of our past. Who will be the first to claim the treasures?

Week 4: June 25th-29th

Weekly Theme: Wonder Emporium

Campers put on their thinking caps to bring inventions to life.
Rising Pre K4 - 2nd Graders:
Builders in Training: Calling all inventors, builders, and designers; come and build some awesome creations with us! We will create our own designs and make structures using Legos, recyclable materials, and many other interesting items. Skills necessary: none! Skills gained: communication, problem solving, reasoning, developing creativity, and teamwork.

Rising 3rd - 6th Graders:
Invention Convention:  Calling all inventors! We know our campers have big ideas and we want to see them in action. Invention Convention will focus on brainstorming, designing and sharing invention ideas while encouraging creative problem solving. Campers will Design, Create, and Develop and then show off inventions at the Invention Convention!
