“As a writing (English) teacher, I’m so impressed with your writing program from the ‘get-go.’ The deliberate writing instruction is so strong here, and I loved everything that I saw in E.S.W. Every class I went into was writing. They weren’t just doing their spelling; they were all writing! I loved the ‘Composition Cafe’ and the persuasive papers, and the teachers were really conferencing with the students. I even saw writing going on in the other classrooms I went in, not just in E.S.W. I think that’s something you should be very proud of!”
